I'm a RGN Bsc Nursing with a H Dip in Perioperative nursing with many years of experience as a Theatre Nurse .

I love helping people

I am passionate about natural health & remedies and wellness through natural whole foods exercise focusing on longevity.

I'm a modern Energy Tapping practitioner and a member of the guild of Energists (GOE).

I am a Energy Healing Therapist with a Diploma in Bio Energy Therapy from The Bio -Energy School of Ireland.
